Investment Real Estate, LLC Promotes Kirchner to HR Coordinator

York, PA- June 13, 2023— The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) announces the promotion of Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Kirchner to human resources coordinator.

Liz joined Moove In Self Storage in 2020 as a property manager and quickly proved her dedication to growing with the company and learning more about the industry. After only a year in that role, she was named property manager of the year in 2021.

When the IREGC human resources department was formed in early 2023, and the HR coordinator position opened up, Liz quickly applied, “After reading the job description, I knew immediately that this was the direction I wanted to go,” she said.

As the human resources coordinator, Liz will be responsible for maintaining employee files and personnel related data, tracking the annual performance review process, assisting in the coordination and implementation of employee orientation, training programs, compensation & benefits, and completing employment eligibility verification forms.

“I am excited to be available to support employees as they join our team and as they continue to grow in their role, answering any questions as they continue their employment with us,” Liz said. “I look forward to promoting a positive culture, while maintaining the organization’s mission, vision, and values.”
